| Training for the Elections. ABS-CBN International North America Bureau Chief Regina “Ging” Reyes of TFC interviews Vice Consul Raphael S.C. Hermoso of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco before the conduct of the 5th Echo Training Seminar on Overseas Absentee Voting held last Friday, May 4, 2007 at the Consulate office. The series of training sessions prepares Consulate personnel for their roles in the upcoming elections. During the interview, Vice Consul Hermoso encouraged all registered voters to send in their ballots to the Consulate before the 12 midnight May 13, 2007 Pacific Standard Time or the 3:00 p.m. May 14, 2007 (Philippine time) deadline. |
