Ms. Lederle Carandang Guinid |
 |
Ms. Lederle Guinid, who joined the team on 24 March 2006, is the Philippine Consulate General’s Finance Officer.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from De La Salle University, Ms. Guinid successfully passed the CPA board examination in Manila in 1987.
Ms. Guinid started her career at the Department of Foreign Affairs in 1989. She worked with the Consular Division and was transferred to the Office of Fiscal Management as Section Head of the |

Funding Unit, Accounting Division. She also served as Finance Officer of the DFA Regional Office in Cebu.
In her first posting abroad, she was assigned as Finance Officer at the Philippine Embassy in Athens, Greece then to Bucharest, Romania.
Prior to her assignment in San Francisco, Ms. Guinid was the Executive Assistant and Secretary of the Assistant Secretary for Fiscal Management in the DFA.
On top of her regular duties in the Home Office, she became a member of the Board of Directors of the Department of Foreign Affairs Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Inc., (DFAMPCI), and auditor of the Department of Foreign Ladies’ Foundation (DFALF).
In her earlier career, she worked for an American Import-Export company based in Makati City and at the same time, she was an independent auditor.
Ms. Guinid is married to Mr. Rainier Guinid and they are blessed with 2 sons and a daughter – Laurenz Alexie (6), Gamaliel Ryan (5), and Reanna Lorraine (8 months). |
Ms. Cristina De Guzman Yap |

Cristina Yap arrived in San Francisco on 29 August 2006 to assume her position as Collecting Officer. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Economics at the Philippine School of Business Administration.
Ms. Yap joined the Department of Foreign Affairs in 1980. She was previously assigned at the Philippine Consulate General in Hawaii as Finance Officer then at Philippine Consulate General in Saipan also as Finance Officer. Prior to her present assignment, she was stationed at the Department of Foreign Affairs |

Home Office in Manila where she served with the Cash Division, Financial Planning of the Office of Fiscal Management.
In addition to her regular duty in the Home Office, she also served as Assistant Treasurer of the Department of Foreign Affairs Ladies’ Foundation. She also acted as Director of the Networking Committee of the Marianas Filipino Women’s Association in Saipan.
Good-natured and fun-loving person, Ms. Yap loves to read and play bowling and badminton. She hails from Sariaya, Quezon and is joined at Post by her husband, Hedwig Yap, and the youngest of their three sons, Jed Iolani, 14 years old. |
Mr. Ryan Zamora Maclang |

Ryan Zamora Maclang joined the Economic Diplomacy Section of Philippine Consulate General on 15 September 2006. He finished Bachelor of Arts major in Economics from De La Salle University.
From the private sector, Mr. Maclang worked in Manila, Hong Kong and Singapore with a multinational firm serving the financial industry for the last five years. He served in various roles within the company from customer service, account management, business development, operations and team manager, with a reporting line to US and UK heads. He also received training from the firm's San Francisco office located within downtown area, and was based here for two months. |

Mr. Maclang was also a contributor to Golf Digest Philippines, the first official Philippine golf magazine and is an avid golfer himself.
While his family originates from Imus, Cavite and Pulilan, Bulacan, Mr. Maclang was born in Manila and is youngest of three siblings. |
