Top Philippine Property Developers to Hold 1st Bayan Ko - Bahay Ko Roadshow in San Francisco

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco announced that top Philippine Property Developers, in cooperation with the Philippine Consulate General, will be holding the 1st Bayan – Bahay Ko Roadshow in San Francisco on May 20, 2006 at the Philippine Center in San Francisco.

The one-day only event will bring to San Francisco top Philippine property developers to promote their latest real-estate projects and products in the Philippines. An exhibit of the participating Philippine property developers’ latest projects will be held at the 4th floor of the Philippine Center in San Francisco. Participating Philippine property developers will also be making their individual presentations at the Social Hall of the Center.

Special Trade Representative Maria Roseni Mendoza-Alvero of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center – Silicon Valley (PTIC-SV) said that, “the event, which is part of a US-wide promotion tour of the participating Philippine property developers, will be showcasing the best products and packages that the Philippine properties sector can offer”. She emphasized that the Philippine properties sector continues to experience phenomenal growth and is a prime investment consideration for overseas Filipinos.

Philippine Consul General in San Francisco Maria Rowena Mendoza Sanchez welcomed the holding of the property developers’ roadshow and recognized it as an opportunity for Filipino Americans in the Bay Area and Northern California to have a first hand look at upcoming real-estate developments in the Philippines. “It will give Filipinos and Filipino Americans in the area a chance to explore possibilities of investing and buying real-estate properties in the Philippines,” she added.

Ribbon-cutting ceremonies for the exhibit will be at 9:30 AM on May 20, 2006 while opening ceremonies will follow at 10:30 AM.
